Truffiere Establishment Services.

 

                  

As one of the first producing truffieres to be established in NSW, we have learned much about the growing of truffle.

 

A forester by profession, Col has extensive experience in tree and plantation establishment and maintenance. This background and the successful harvest of truffle over a number of years now means we may have information of value to you if you are interested in getting into the industry.

Col can discuss with you the many factors to be considered before establishing a truffiere and assist with the implementation of your project on either a contract or hourly basis if required.

 

 

Harvesting Services

 

Lowes Mount Truffiere uses trained truffle dogs and has some additional capacity to service local truffieres. Many options are available, ranging from detection only to a full harvesting service where we will harvest, grade and dispatch your truffle.
