Preparing for the 2012 season.

We have been busy preparing for the beginning of the new season and the truffiere has been pruned, ready for truffle season.
Hazelnuts are beginning to ripen and will be ready for the April Farmer's Market in Oberon on the 7th April. Truffles should be ready for harvesting in earlyJune.
Due to the successful degustation at the Hilton Hotel in Sydney last year, Lowes Mount Truffiere has again been invited to participate in another degustation this year on Monday the 25th June.
Jenolan Caves is also hosting another degustation on the 4th August.
